Join the great weekly lottery run by Dr Kershaw’s Hospice.

All you have to do is click here for an application form, complete your details and tick one of the payment options available. You must pay in advance by standing order, cheque or postal order. Return your completed form with your first payment (minimum of £5.00) to: Dr. Kershaw’s Hospice Lottery, Turf Lane, Royton, Oldham OL2 6EU, or hand it in at one of our collection points.

How it works!

· Each £1 draw entry entitles you to a unique membership number.
· The draw takes place every Friday.
· A computer randomly selects the winning numbers.
· The winning numbers can be checked at the Hospice shops, in Tuesdays edition of the Oldham Evening Chronicle, in the Oldham Advertiser and here online.
· Winners will receive their prizes automatically through the post – there is no need to claim (as long as we have your current address details).
· The draw is managed by an independent bureau.
· Players must be 16 years or over.

You will be notified by post within 4 weeks of your unique membership number and this number is yours to keep for the duration of your play.
